I felt that I should make an obligatory last post using my old computer, because I'm buying a new one within the next week. Maybe you'd think I'm being ridiculous here. But this computer has been with me for the last (almost) five years, and no matter how much I complained about it, it actually has only broken down (to the point that I have to bring it to the professionals to sort it out) once, which was four days ago (in which the motherboard crashed and died). Mine is the toughest computer in my entire history of computers, really XD This computer is the first computer that is actually my own, only mine (my computers before had always been shared between the occupants of my house), so I feel kind of sad that I'll stop using it in a mere few days.

Me, getting overly sentimental over an old computer. freedomthisway would be twitching on the floor, laughing, if she's with me at this time.

Okay, so the rest of this post will be done in bulletpoints. Because I'm scatter-brained like that.

Also, deciding not to take any part on the fandom drama involving Kibum. I'm ignoring those who criticize him, and also ignoring those who defend him. If he wants to appear, he'll appear and I'll flail over it. If he doesn't, then so be it. I will no longer sweating over and using my precious braincells over matters like this. I'm trying to regain my previous attitude and opinion over fandom.

☆ About a week ago, I went to a supermarket. There was this small pet corner in it. And I spent a few minutes standing in front of the glass cages, mentally squealing about OMG THOSE HAMSTERS ARE VERY CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTE!!!!! They're seriously tiny, curling up together on the corners of the cage. There was this particularly lively one who kept running here and there hyperactively. I want to graduate soon. And if I happen to work in another town and have to live by myself (again), I'm totally getting a pet hamster. Maybe taking care of animals will take that mean, uncaring part of me? Also, curing my slight phobia over practically all animals XD

It all started with an innocent conversation about Super Junior's latest appearance on Star King. Or at least, it was more innocent on her part and more...intentional on my part :3 We talked about how awesome Sungmin was as a magician's assistant (but he is ALWAYS awesome, so this was just another conversation, at first). Then I tried to talk about Super Junior AUs that have and haven't been written, and she was like "DO NOT WANT >:|", because I usually make her write weird things in the end. That was mean. I'm a perfectly harmless person, you see 0:3

Hi to my new friends, euods and tokyolights! Let's have fun fangirling together *glomps*

I'm making this post from my friend's hot spot cafe. The connection is not really good (yet), but I love the place. I'm currently sitting at the second floor, in which the interior design is not that special. I totally love the first floor's setting tho. The concept of the place is dojo (you know, martial art Japanese training room). There are these booths with wooden floor and fusuma(paper and wood door?)-like separators. Totally lovely :3

Anyway, I had a chat with conflate on Yahoo! yesterday. We were talking about Hae (obviously, we are biased like that) and KiHae (again, our first and foremost SuJu OTP)and Kibum.

Now, I'm quite aware that there is an unpleasant spread of Kibum hate in the fandom lately. I'm aware, but that doesn't mean I have to care about it, right? But as you can see, it's getting worse lately, to the point of ridiculous. Honestly, can't those people leave Kibum alone? It's true that Kibum doesn't have many activities with Super Junior lately (yes, I am unhappy about that too), but that doesn't mean he doesn't do anything for Super Junior. People keeps going on and on about how Kibum doesn't have any talent. Hello? We are talking about Asian boybands here. Most fans of Asian boybands wouldn't even care whether their idols have talents or not. I've seen less talent in an idol, for real.

I was baited to the fandom by Kibum and EHB. And I can still see people flailing and squeeing over him (including me, yes). And I believe there are still many many fans who are going to be baited by that blinding smile. So suck it up, haters. If you can't love, then leave the fandom.

Things had been a bit quiet lately.

freedomthisway doesn't have a personal internet connection anymore. I can't do random keysmashing and flailing with her over Yahoo!Messenger at midnights or ass-o'clock in the mornings anymore. Although I can still meet her in RL at least once every two days, I'm still feeling a little bit lonely... The worst part is, she's graduating this August, and will go back to her hometown in Sumatra, while I'll have to take another semester to make up for my horrible procrastinating in the last two (or three?) semesters. Honestly...I don't even want to think about it ._.

Now, who should I play with next?

Today, instead of posting from my room as usual, I'm posting from an internet cafe with freedomthisway sitting beside me, nursing her hot coffee (which she said too hot but that's because she's a pussy). I spent new year eve with her. First I picked her up at her home at 9, then we went to Bukit Bintang (Star Hill) to see Yogyakarta from above. After spending an hour or so there, we went downtown to eat in a chinese food restaurant (it was delicious and quite cheap). Then we went to Happy Puppy for a two-hours karaoke session, which unfortunately, has no Arashi song T^T Boo...

So...my new year resolution :

1. Getting slimmer
2. Graduating / getting my degree
3. Tidying my room (this is freedomthisway's idea)
4. Downloading (and watching) all dramas played by Ninomiya Kazunari XD
5. Fangirling Arashi even more (I swear freedomthisway is groaning inside >])
6. Writing a fanfic
7. Learning to swim
8. Get a scholarship abroad
9. Doing internship with famous companies
10. Getting a boyfriend...maybe

THAT'S ALL!!!!

I was not surprised when I saw that I haven't been posting for at least 11 weeks. These last two months had been really busy.

In my last post I said that my grandpa was sick and was admitted to a hospital. Grandpa had finally passed away on June 26, 2007, on 4:30 am. It was a very peaceful death, I'm really proud of him. He had a cancer and died only 2 weeks after his admission to the hospital. I took the first flight to Malang that day to attend his funeral. I kept telling myself not to cry, but I couldn't hold it, especially after I saw my family, whose eyes were red and puffy. And then my mom took me to see my granpa's body, I tried so hard to hold my tears, because I couldn't let my grandpa see/hear me cry, for it would hinder him from letting go of this world.

Since that day until now, everytime I see photos of my grandpa, I'll cry until my face is red and all blotchy and my eyes are puffy. I asked my little brother once, "Does me crying over the memory mean that I haven't let go of grandpa?" And he said, "I don't think so. It was a beautiful memory after all. Sometimes we cry when we see something beautiful, aren't we?"

When I was doing KKN at Imogiri, Bantul. I often remembered him. Whenever I saw something unique, or heard something interesting, I often thought, "I should tell grandpa this." or "I should ask grandpa about that." And then I remembered that he had passed away and I can't talk and chat with him again, I once again I was forced to hold my tears. I admit that I've cried quite a lot these last two months. But I know I have to stop, since I don't want to make grandpa sad.

Okay, enough with the sad entry. Let's move onto the next topic.

Now that I've finished with my KKN, I'm back to the old boring university life. But the good part is that I've got a lot of new friends. I had a lot of fun with them. In fact, in just five hours from now, I'll be watching Rush Hour 3 with them. I'm posting from an internet cafe, so I didn't bring their photos with me. Maybe in the next post?

To my friends, I'M BACK!!!!!

I'm posting from Malang, my hometown. I've been here since Wednesday and will go back to Yogyakarta in Monday. It's really good to see my family again, but my dear grandpa is still sick and in a hospital. I really hope he'll get better soon.

My laptop is finally fixed. Thank God I don't have to re-install the Windows or doing other major fixes.

After spending the last two weeks lurking around Prison Break fandom to dig for Alexander Mahone/Michael Scofield slash fics, writeatmidnight's Sick!Verse managed to pull me back to SPN/J2 fandom back yesterday. Great fic, great characterization, great plot, protective!Jared, vulnerable!Jensen, and everything else that can leave you grinning for hours.

And I still adore Jensen Ackles and Wentworth Miller equally. I love pretty boys with pretty eyes and pretty lips.

A few days ago, inside my car, after a lecture at college, I took pictures of myself with my cellphone. The first picture is my favorite among all that I took that day. I looked younger than I really is, which is 20 years old. The second picture was taken at my college friend's boarding house a few weeks back, when she and I were about to hang out at a local coffeeshop, or mall, I can't remember.

I changed it because I was jealous of Nacchan's layout (see yuifiria). So I ran straight to premade_ljs and grabbed the code. Spending two days browsing through pictures in my computer, editing the pics, getting frustrated, and finally getting the codes edited. Phew...

The new semester will start on February 5th. Very soon... I still want to enjoy my holiday TT__TT

And if things are going well, I plan to graduate next year. Ganbarimasu!!!
